THE ARRIVAL is an entirely free event. You won't need to make a ticket to attend. However, because event seating is on a “first-come, first-served” basis, we recommend that you RSVP for your preferred service time.

*Our 10:00 am and 11:30 am service times are the most popular times. To avoid the crowds, we would recommend that you attend another show time.

THE ARRIVAL is open to anyone. Because this production uses special effect lighting, smoke, and sound, we recommend checking your younger children aged 0-11 into our complimentary childcare services. However, they are welcome to attend with you.

*Please note there is no childcare services for the 5 pm show time.

Yes. During our 8:30am, 10:00am, 11:30am & 1:00pm show times, we will have childcare and kids classes for children aged 6 weeks to 11 years old.
Great question! We have a dedicated parking page to help you plan the best place to park!
Our auditorium seats 1500 people. Each show time is seated on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Our Ushers Team will help you find a seat.

You may reserve seats for friends & family until the show starts. Once the show begins, we may seat those who have arrived on time.

Please note that if you arrive late, you may have to wait to be seated or be asked to sit in our video overflow room.
Yes. While each show time will be live streamed, we recommend attending in person to fully experience this amazing show.
Yes. During each show time, our Cafe will be open to serving a variety of coffee, latte’s, tea, hot chocolate and snacks.

We also have a complimentary black coffee bar available.
