LEAD A FREEDOM GROUP
During our Spring & Fall semesters, Freedom Groups gather weekly to discuss the Freedom Group curriculum, which is designed to equip you to live the victorious and abundant life Christ came to give you. Freedom Groups build on the foundation of your faith in Christ to help you embrace the truth of God’s Word as it relates to your worldview, your past, your sin, your personal value to God, and your purpose in His Kingdom. This group will help you remove every obstacle to intimacy with God and walk in true freedom.
Leader Registration for the Spring 2024 Semester is now open.
STEP ONE
Determine if you are ready to lead a Freedom Group. Have you completed the following:
- Have I attended & completed a 12-week Freedom Group before?
- Have I attended Freedom Conference?
If you have completed these two steps, then you are ready to lead other people through Freedom!
ECCLESIASTES 11:4 says If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.
STEP TWO
Submit your group to our online groups dashboard. Click the button below and complete our group registration form. This will help our Groups Team begin building your Groups page.
NOTE: We will no longer be using the SmallGroups.church platform. Use the button below to submit your group.
STEP THREE
Attend LifeGroup Leader Training
Once you have submitted your group, one of our team members will reach out to you via email. Our team will give you further instructions on how to attend Leader Training. Below are the dates for the this Semester:
- Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 7:30pm
- Sunday, February 4, 2024 at 8:30am
- Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 7:30pm
- Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 8:30am (final)
During LifeGroup Leader Training, you will get more instructions, how to host your group and a whole lot more resources on how to be the best leader you can be!
STEP FOUR
Attend Freedom Kick-Off Meeting
Each semester, we host a Freedom Kick-Off Meeting for our current Freedom Group Leaders. We encourage our group leaders to make every effort to attend this meeting. This meeting is required for all first-time Freedom Group Leaders. This semester’s group meeting is:
- Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 7:00pm (in the Next Steps room)
STEP FIVE
Save The Date
Freedom Conference is May 31 – June 1, 2024.
As a Freedom Leader, it is essential for you to attend conference in support of your group members that you will be leading for 12 weeks. We ask that our current Freedom Leaders serve at conference in a variety of roles. As we approach the conference date, you will be assigned a team to serve on.
